Activity Room Hire
Newly built, state-of-the-art centre, fully equipped with AV equipment in both rooms.
The Activity Room can be hired as one large room (20m x 10m) or as two smaller rooms (10m x 10m), both with full size mirrors on the wall. Tables and chairs are available at no extra charge.
Both Activity Rooms have heating and air conditioning.
Fees including gst:
Weekday Rate:
Regular Hirer: $47 per room p/h
Organisations / Private Individuals (Casual): $55 per room p/h
Weekend/Public Holiday Rate:
Regular Hirer: $47 per room p/h
Organisations / Private Individuals (Casual): $85 per room p/h
*HYC Staff Member required on site
Use of Kitchenette:
$25 Flat Fee
​Additional $200 refundable security bond required.
Gymnasium Hire
Our gymnasium with mezzanine viewing area has an Olympic sized floor and is fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Ideal for school & kinder group gymnastics class bookings, team building events and social groups.
HYC can also develop individual programs tailored to meet the needs of the hirer.
Fees including gst:
Floor only: $165 per hour
Floor plus gym equipment: $220 per hour
Viewing Area: $55 per hour
Plus $200 refundable security bond
