(Novice - Level 1)
Cheer Workshops run during the school holidays. Qualified coaches teach a variety of cheer skills over 3 sessions each day. Beginner friendly!
Term 3 School Holidays 2024

Week 1: Mon 23rd, Tue 24th, & Wed 25th Sep
Week 2: Wed 2nd, & Thu 3rd Oct
Session 1 (9am - 10:45am):
Cartwheels / Roundoffs / Handstands / Fwd + Bwd Rolls
Session 2 (11am - 12:45pm):
Jumps / Stunt / Round Offs / Running Tumble
Session 3 (1:45pm - 3:30pm):
Bridges / Walkovers / Handspring Drills / Routines
All 3 Sessions (9am – 3:30pm): All above
Open Gym: 4:30pm 6:30pm (Week 2 only)
